MYBUILD are fantastic. They recently renovated our whole bathroom. From start to finish, everyone was professional. Deb was great with communication and ensuring we were informed every step of the way. Our site manager Ben, was great. Always on top of things before any issues could happen. He was friendly, helpful and professional. All his tradies were some of the most friendly, helpful and efficient we have dealt with. The whole team made the experience easy and enjoyable. We found the process of our Bathroom renovation went to plan as scheduled, extremely happy with Manu's communication and quality of workmanship. Have had the best experience with My Build. From the first moment of contact they arranged a time to set and discuss our needs. Manu and Nicole could not have been more helpful if the6 tried. They listened, gave suggestions, provide a quote in a timely manner within their stated time frame. They then made themselves available to discuss final plan, and accomodate our changes. Always friendly and professional. Once plan was agreed upon and the final quote sent and accepted, everything went very smoothly. Work started when they said, communication was excellent at every step of the way. We knew when someone would be turning up and what they would be doing. If there was a change of plan, this was always communicated. The MyBuild team were always friendly, timely, attention to details was always at forefront and they cleaned up at the end of each day!, Nicole was excellent at helping us to order fixtures and tiles etc. she made it so easy, I.e. we go here, here and here. Choice was available but we never felt that we were drowning in choice or that there was to little choice. We now have a fabulous bathroom and we are completely happy with Manu and his team at My Build.. So grateful to the My Build team.

MyBuild completed a full renovation of our ensuite which we are so happy with! Very helpful in the preparation and planning stages. The staff visited some of the bathroom and tiling stores with me to assist in the design process and in matching the tiles/grout/intricate details. One or 2 communication issues as we had a few different people involved in the renovation however all issues and questions were addressed quickly and resolved without any issues. Full renovation completed in just over 3 weeks!
