A modern amenities upgrade designed for safety, accessibility, and long-term durability

MYBUILD Commercial was engaged to deliver a purpose-built administration building for the Holloways Beach Environmental Education Centre. The project was designed to create a more efficient and professional workspace that supports staff coordination, communication, and daily administrative tasks within the education facility.

The new building was carefully integrated with the existing site, providing a practical layout with improved functionality, accessibility, and long-term usability. As part of MYBUILD’s commercial projects , the completed facility now offers a modern environment that supports both operational efficiency and future growth.

What was included in the amenity refurbishment

Commercial-grade epoxy flooring

Seamless epoxy flooring systems were installed throughout the amenities to provide durable, slip-resistant, and easy-to-maintain surfaces suitable for high daily traffic.

Stainless steel fixtures and fittings

Commercial stainless steel basins, toilet fixtures, grab rails, dispensers, and accessories were selected for their hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.

Accessible amenities

Accessible toilets and shower facilities were upgraded with compliant layouts, grab rails, braille signage, and improved circulation spaces to support accessibility requirements.

Improved ventilation systems
