1. Demolition: The project began with the safe and efficient demolition of the old Trinity Beach Community Hall, which had fallen into disrepair. This marks another achievement in our expertise with Major Redevelopments, ensuring a fresh start for the community.

New Construction: The new hall was constructed using durable blockwork and rendering for the exterior, while the interior features robust timber framing, ensuring both longevity and aesthetic appeal. This new facility aligns with our approach to creating sustainable, high-quality builds similar to our other projects like the Changing Facility at Cairns Esplanade Lagoon.

Dedicated Space: A designated area has been provided for the Red Cross Opp Shop. This versatile space can be easily converted into a meeting or function room in the future, ensuring the hall remains adaptable to the community’s evolving needs. The flexibility of this space aligns with the same level of versatility showcased in our Commercial Renovation Projects.
